In order to provide a great customer experience we limit the number of players in a session to a maximum of 30. Reserving spaces for you, prevents anyone else from booking them. As the date draws nearer, the chance of reselling those spaces, decreases.
As our responsibility to you is to have the space in our game available for you when you arrive, we trust that you understand that your responsibility to us is to pay for the number of spaces you have reserved on our schedule.
Keeping this in mind we offer the following FIRM cancellation policy:
30 days or more before the date of your game
14 days or more before the date of your game
We are open in almost all weather. If our staff is here and the business is open, we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather. If the weather is so bad that we cannot make it in, we don’t expect you to either, and therefore, will provide a full refund.
Outside of our published cancellation policy, we can not provide any refunds for any reason, including illness, injury or other personal or family circumstances.
Payment will be required for no-shows, as you have reserved the space, and at that point, it cannot be resold.
*We accept drop-in players for any of our scheduled games, if space allows. If there is any part of this cancellation policy that you would not like to be bound by, we encourage you to come as a drop-in rather than reserving space.
