In order to provide a great customer experience we limit the number of players in a session to a maximum of 30. Reserving spaces for you, prevents anyone else from booking them. As the date draws nearer, the chance of reselling those spaces, decreases.
Since we have a limited capacity, we do charge for space that you reserved regardless of how many show up. Example: If you book for 12 players, but only 10 show up. You will be charged for the 12 space that you reserved.
Keeping this in mind we offer the following FIRM cancellation policy:
We require a fifty percent (50%) or a minimum one hundred dollars ($100.00) to reserve a date and time. An event is not confirmed unless a deposit is paid and received or unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
Any payment or deposit made towards your booking is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you need to cancel your event, any amount paid will be held as a credit provided that we receive notice of cancellation at least fourteen (14) days prior to your event. We reserve the right to charge a fifty dollar ($50) rebooking fee for any changes made with less than fourteen (14) days notice.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot provide any refunds for any reason including illness, injury or any personal, family or any circumstances.
We are open in almost all weather conditions. If our staff is here and the business is open, we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather.No-Show Policy
Payment will be required for no-shows, as you have reserved the space, and at that point, it cannot be resold.
*We accept drop-in players for any of our scheduled games, if space allows. If there is any part of this cancellation policy that you would not like to be bound by, we encourage you to come as a drop-in rather than reserving space.
