Our arrows have a large foam cushion on the end and our bows have a low draw-weight. Getting hit feels a bit like being hit with something a bit softer than a tennis ball. You will also be wearing a facemask to protect your eyes and face. For most players very few hits will cause any degree of pain. As with any physical activity, the chance for injury exists but we have taken steps to make our combat archery experience safe for players as young as 8 years old.
