All participants must have a valid and up-to-date waiver prior to participating in any of our activities.

Select "Adult" if you are 18+ years old, and signing a waiver for yourself. 

Select "Adult and Minor(s)" if you are signing a waiver for your kids.

Note: adults still must fill-in their information, even if they are not playing.
