Sign your waiver online

All participants must have a valid and up-to-date waiver prior to participating in any of our activities.

Select "Adult" if you are 18+ years old, and signing a waiver just for yourself.

Select "Adult and/for Minor(s)" if you are signing a waiver for both yourself and kids, or just your kids.

Note: adults must fill-in their information, even if they are not playing.  Minors cannot sign a waiver for themselves.
